Here is a list of the foods I ate on 5/28/10
Breakfast:
2 cinnamon raisin english muffins with butter
1 cup of Starbucks African Kitamu blend.. very tasty!
1 cup Florida's Natural Orange Juice
also took some oral medications
Snack:
Mozzarella stick
Lunch:
"Vegetable Lovers" blend lettuce mix
I added tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, red onions, bacon bits, croutons, ranch dressing and one can of white tuna in water w/mayo. All but the bagged lettuce came from the local farmer's market.
Snack:
Slim Jim
Dinner:
1 large slice white mountain bread from the Publix bakery
2 grilled portobello mushroom caps
handful of grilled asparagus
handful of grilled yellow squash
handful of some grilled red onions
All veggies from the local farmer's market.
